The Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) recently gathered in Raleigh, NC, for a day of inspiration, networking, and discovery as members toured some of the city’s most beautiful and versatile wedding venues. These visits offered planners the chance to experience each space firsthand, connect with venue managers, and envision how they could bring their couples’ dreams to life.
Donovans Manor
Our first stop, Donovans Manor, charmed us with its Southern elegance and intimate setting. Nestled in a lush landscape, it offers the perfect blend of romance and tranquility, ideal for couples seeking a storybook backdrop for their vows.
The Grand Marquise Ballroom
Stepping into The Grand Marquise felt like entering a palace. With its sweeping staircase, marble floors, and crystal chandeliers, the ballroom sets the tone for luxury celebrations. It’s an unforgettable space that combines grandeur with classic sophistication.
The Stockroom & The Glass Box
Next, we explored two downtown gems. The Stockroom on Fayetteville Street provides an urban loft feel with exposed brick and hardwood floors—a blank canvas for creative planners. Just a few floors up, The Glass Box dazzled with floor-to-ceiling windows and breathtaking city views, perfect for intimate ceremonies, cocktail receptions, or styled shoots.
The White Magnolia
The White Magnolia stole hearts with its clean, modern farmhouse style. Bright, airy, and versatile, it’s a favorite for couples who love a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic.
CARSPACE
Our final stop was CARSPACE, one of Raleigh’s most unique event spaces. Sleek and modern, this venue brings an edgy, industrial-chic vibe that’s perfect for couples looking to make a bold statement with their wedding day.
At the end of the day, our members left inspired, full of new ideas, and excited to share these spaces with future couples. Raleigh continues to prove itself as a destination filled with venues that suit every couple’s style—from classic elegance to modern flair.
