Refund Policy
At the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC), we’re dedicated to providing meaningful education, resources, and experiences for our members and community. Because of the nature of our offerings, we’ve outlined the following refund policy to keep everything clear and consistent.
Memberships
ABC memberships are non-refundable.
If you decide to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and then it will simply expire—no further charges will be made. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for unused time.
Courses
We understand that sometimes plans change. Refunds for courses are available within 24 hours of purchase only.
After 24 hours, all course purchases are non-refundable, as access and materials are made available immediately.
Events
All event registrations are non-refundable.
However, we’re happy to try to help! If you’re unable to attend, you may reach out to your State Director to see if your registration can be transferred to a future event. Transfers are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Products & Other Purchases
All products, digital materials, and other purchases made through our website are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for these items.
