Booking Groups

Excellent support for:

  • Wedding Groups

  • Family Reunions

  • Corporate Incentives

  • Celebration Travel

There are two ways to book a group with us: Group Code or Group Contract.

Group Code is just like an FIT reservation; it has a code that lets the resort know that the group is together and keeps up with the perks and comp room credits; no rooms are reserved and no group rate- the rate is whatever is online at the time of booking.  You do need to have at least one lead room booked to request a group code. Once you have one room, reach out, and I will connect you to the Group Code Team.  We do have some blackout dates, so please let me know the dates and resort before you start booking rooms.

Pros:

  • A deposit of $400.00 per room.

  • Outstanding balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

  • Group concessions and Complimentary Room Credit (not applicable on blackout dates)

  • Booked just like an individual room, but connected with a code to let the Resort team know that you are traveling together and to keep track of perks and comp room credits.

Cons:

  • Room blocks are not held – space is not guaranteed until booked and deposited.

  • Names are required at the time of booking.

  • Rates are not guaranteed until reservation is booked and deposited.

  • Max is 25 rooms at most resorts.

Group Contracts – all reservations booked at once with a contract. One person signs the contract and is responsible for any additions, cancellations, or changes to the group.

Pros:

  • A contract guarantees that rooms, rates, and availability are held.

  • $1000 FOR UP TO 25 ROOMS; $2500 for 26-49 rooms. EXTENDED INDEFINITELY, but some blackout dates do apply.

  • Names are not required until 45 days before arrival, and can be changed up to 48 hours before arrival.

  • Group concessions and Complimentary Room Credit (not applicable on blackout dates)

Cons:

  • Cancellation terms are more strict (91 days before group’s arrival for groups of 35 rooms or less; different payment terms may apply on peak dates)

ABC Pro Tip

Don't sell Sandals—sell the island first. Couples often arrive asking for Jamaica when St. Lucia, Grenada, Curaçao, or Antigua may actually be a better fit for their personalities and wedding vision.
