The Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) is proud to announce the appointment of Olenthia R. Boardley as the new Maryland State Director.
A highly respected leader in the wedding and travel industries, Olenthia brings nearly three decades of experience, passion, and service to this important role. As the owner of Orbs Royal Treatment, established in 1997, she has built an outstanding reputation as a wedding specialist, global travel leader, royal events expert, speaker, mentor, and author.
Throughout her 29-year career, Olenthia has been dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for her clients through meticulous attention to detail, ongoing professional development, and strong partnerships with trusted industry professionals. Her commitment to excellence has earned her recognition as an award-winning wedding and travel professional and a trusted resource within the events community.
Olenthia is no stranger to the Association of Bridal Consultants. She has served as a valued member of the leadership team for the ABC Maryland, District of Columbia, and Delaware (MDDC) Chapter and is a recipient of the prestigious ABC Heart Award, one of the organization's highest honors. Her dedication to serving fellow wedding professionals and strengthening the industry makes her uniquely qualified to lead ABC's efforts throughout Maryland.
In addition to her industry accomplishments, Olenthia is a recognized speaker, mentor, and educator. She has received numerous honors, including the NAPSAC Award and the EPSY Award, and is a proud alumna and team leader of Global Speakers University. She is also a four-time Amazon #1 best-selling author. Her inspirational book, Moving at the Speed of Me, encourages readers to embrace their unique journey with confidence, purpose, and determination.
Olenthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Information Management and continues to invest in professional education and certifications that keep her at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
As Maryland State Director, Olenthia will focus on supporting and engaging wedding professionals across the state, fostering meaningful connections, promoting education, and helping members maximize the value of their ABC membership.
