    Florida

    The State of Florida requires that all agents fill out the attache form and either mails in the form or completes the form online PRIOR to selling travel to somene in Florida, being located in Florida or having a client vacaton in Florida.

    Once this form is filled out and sent in, please notifiy via email us so we can keep a running agent list.

    California

    All sellers of travel are required to provide disclosures on the itinerary or receipt to customers. The following document holds information that YOU as a seller of travel must supply to to customers.

    All ABC members that have signed the IC Agreement are covered under ABC’s California Sellers of Travel, with no other action needing to be taken.
