All educational registrants must stay at the host property, and attend all included group events. All lodging room reservations, and room payments must be mae to the ABC office by August 30, 2023. The hotel will not accept any direct room reservations for this ABC event.
Please update the quanitiy for the amount of nights that you would like to stay.
Cancellation Policy: All Educational Registrations include the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations Received by December 31, 2023, receive a full refund, less that deposit. Cancellations received January 1 – April 30th will receive a 50% deposit of additional payments made, less the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2024, for any reason. No refunds for no shows.
