**Note if guest in room is not attending the educational conference then please purchase the +1 guest ticket to attend the opening reception, breakfasts, and closing ceremonies. If guest staying in the room is attending the educational sessions then purchase the “Bring A Friend” ticket package.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE PAYMENT POLICY

Registration balances not paid by the due dates will incur a $50 late fee for each date missed. Due to our large, contractual commitment to the host property, no deposit refunds will be given, for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All Educational Registrations include the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations Received by December 31, 2023, receive a full refund, less that deposit. Cancellations received January 1 – April 30th will receive a 50% deposit of additional payments made, less the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2024, for any reason. No refunds for no shows.

Lodging Included

Single King Bed Room or 2 Queen Bed Room

Either room includes 42-inch HDTV, large work area, in-room safe, sofa bed (King Only) and WiFi. Make yourself at home in this king room and sink into the bed. Relax and watch Premium cable on the 42-inch TV or surf the web with complimentary WiFi. If there's work to be done, settle into the ergonomic chair and make use of the large work area. Refresh in the bathroom and enjoy a range of indulgent amenities.

As with prior ABC Conferences, all attendees are required to stay at the conference hotel.

All ABC member lodging reservations and payments must be made online or by calling the ABC office at 336-690-5510. Hotel will not accept any direct reservations. Room type is subject to availability, first-come, first-served. Cut-off date is September 1, 2024.
