The Forever Wedding Summit was born in Medellin, Colombia in 2016. Our origin was the National Wedding Planner Convention. The pretext was none other than to gather the wedding planners one day in a space to train and interact with their colleagues.
In 2021, with the courage that comes along the way and the drive to always do something better, they stopped calling ourselves the National Wedding Planner Convention and decided to open their doors to other players in the industry. Thus, the Forever Wedding Summit was born.
What is the Forever Wedding Summit?
The common thing is to say that they are an academic and networking event that lasts two days, with a training component and a social one. Broadly speaking, this would be a correct definition. The Forever Wedding Summit is the most important 48 hours your wedding business will have to update and grow, to make it extraordinary. There are 48 hours to travel, to learn, to be pampered, to live many experiences. 48 hours to share with people who vibrate with the same passions, to dream together.
Who can attend the Forever Wedding Summit?
They believe not only the wedding planner is the one who must be trained, now other professionals must also do it. The dream is that everyone who is part of the industry has the same knowledge, the same opportunities to stay up to date, to know where the world is going, to level up together. That is why the contents of the Forever Wedding Summit are useful to photographers, decorators, musicians, jewelry and costume designers, pastry chefs. Also, to those in charge of assembly, catering, service, locations, events in hotels and clubs.

Who is behind the FWS?
There is the TODAMIBODA team and the support of ABC Latam (Association of Bridal Consultants). There is Monica Restrepo and hers more than 20 years of experience and learning from her in the wedding industry. As a wedding planner, as editor, as director of ABC for Colombia and now for Latin America. There is her and her desire to see and make people and businesses in the sector grow.
She is the one who believes like no one else in the transforming power of knowledge. There is her and her insatiable curiosity. She is the one who knows how to put an engine to ideas. Roll them. Turn them into projects, into companies.
