This award celebrates new advisors who demonstrate momentum, professionalism, and a clear commitment to building a successful travel business within the wedding and travel industry.
This honor spotlights advisors who are growing fast—and growing right.
Who Is Eligible
ABC Members in good standing who sell travel
Newer travel advisors within an early-career timeframe (to be defined by ABC, e.g., first 2–3 years)
Demonstrated booking activity and engagement during the award year
Judging Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated on:
Early Booking Performance
– Completed bookings and measurable growthEngagement with ABC

– Fresh approaches to marketing, client engagement, or service offeringsProfessional Development
