Celebrity Charity Gala Internship Opportunity - The Giving a Smile Foundation
Are you ready to be part of a red-carpet experience? We’re offering an exclusive opportunity to work behind the scenes at a celebrity charity gala taking place at the iconic Beverly Hilton Hotel – International Ballroom. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in high-end event production and management while building your resume in luxury event planning. Your internship will be headed up by Kevin Lee!
Internship Dates & Details:
Location: Beverly Hilton Hotel, International Ballroom (Beverly Hills, CA)
Event: The Giving A Smile Foundation
Internship Dates & Shifts:
September 5th: Event Set-Up | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
September 6th: Event Execution & Breakdown | 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Open Positions: 15–20 Interns
Compensation: Paid Internship (Hourly Rate Provided At Interview)
Application Fee: $97 (non-refundable, covers processing and admin support)
Requirements: Submission of one headshot (shoulder-up or full body)
Attire: All black with comfortable, closed-toe shoes
Interview Required: All applicants must complete a Zoom interview prior to selection
Internship Process Overview
Submit Application & Pay $97 Fee – This secures your interest and spot in the interview process.
Zoom Interview – A brief meeting with our team to evaluate your readiness and professionalism.
Submit Your Materials – One clear, professional headshot (shoulder-up or full-body) and a short bio.
Candidate Vetting – Interns are tracked through our internal system and vetted by our leadership team.
Final Zoom Prep Meeting – All accepted interns will meet via Zoom before the event to review logistics, assignments, and expectations.
Screening Criteria:
Must be a current or former Lovegevity student (any program) OR current ACTIVE ABC member.
Must be professional, punctual, and able to follow directions in a luxury event environment
Must be available both dates and capable of performing tasks such as set-up, guest assistance, and breakdown
