Sandra M. Monahan, an ABC member for 23 years and owner and designer of Weddings Without Worries, Wexford, PA, graduated from Penn Foster Group and became the first student of the program to serve as an ABC PA, DE, and WV State Coordinator.     

An ABC Master Wedding Planner, Master Life-Cycle Celebrant, and Adjunct Instructor for the ABC Penn Foster Group in Wedding and Event Planning and Floral Design Certificate Programs, she was a recipient of the prestigious ABC Miss Dorothy Heart Award in 2016 for passion and excellence in the wedding industry at the ABC Annual Conference in Dallas TX. 

Encompassing her 23-year portfolio is etiquette education for business professionals, adults, teens, and children, and teaching Event and Wedding Planning and Floral Design for Community College of Allegheny County, Pittsburgh PA. Sandra is the developer and instructor of  “Networking and Etiquette Revival” for ABC and studied at the Etiquette and Protocol School, Sewickley PA, and the Etiquette Survival Group, California.

In addition to seminars across the USA, her etiquette and event planning educational articles have appeared in Wedding Planner Magazine and various Pittsburgh news publications. “Education is the foundation and key to success!”
