Guest ticket $255 includes Monday Opening Reception and Wednesday Closing Ceremonies Dinner.
When registering a spouse or guest please provide their full name in the notes section of the cart.
PLEASE NOTE: Registration balances not paid by the due dates will incur a $50 late fee. Due to our large, contractual commitment to the host property, no deposit refunds will be given, for any reason.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All Educational Registrations include the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations Received by December 31, 2023, receive a full refund, less that deposit. Cancellations received January 1 – April 30th will receive a 50% deposit of additional payments made, less the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2024, for any reason. No refunds for no shows.
