ABC Wedding Immersion trades the traditional conference format for something more intentional—smaller conversations, interactive workshops, candid roundtables, meaningful connections, and education designed to move your business forward.

You won't simply attend.

You get yourself to Orlando. We'll take it from there.

What’s Not Included: Your Wedding Immersion registration package does not include airfare or other transportation to and from Orlando, airport transfers, parking or valet fees, personal incidental charges, additional hotel nights, meals or beverages outside of the official Immersion program, or optional activities and experiences unless specifically stated as included.

The potential Wednesday post-Immersion experience, including the Disney Wedding Pavilion tour, is not included in the core registration package at this time. Details, availability, transportation requirements, and any additional costs will be announced once the experience is confirmed.

For shared-room packages, accommodations are based on two registered Wedding Immersion attendees sharing a room, not an attendee and guest.

Please note: Additional hotel or destination-imposed fees not included in the Wedding Immersion package will be communicated to attendees prior to arrival.

Private rooms are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Experience everything Wedding Immersion has to offer while sharing your Conrad Orlando guest room with another registered attendee.

Shared Room Accommodations: Shared-room registration is priced per person and includes accommodations for two registered Wedding Immersion attendees per guest room. ABC will assign roommates, if you have not chosen one. Attendees may request a specific registered roommate during registration; roommate requests will be honored when possible but are not guaranteed.

Set within the 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort, Conrad Orlando creates the perfect backdrop for the inaugural ABC Wedding Immersion—sophisticated, relaxed, and designed for connection.

Between Immersion sessions, attendees can experience the resort’s expansive lagoon and beach, recreation and fitness amenities, and opportunities to enjoy the property beyond the meeting room. Your Wedding Immersion package includes a two-night stay at Conrad Orlando, giving our intimate group a shared home for learning, conversation, celebration, and connection throughout the experience.

This isn't simply where you'll stay during Wedding Immersion. Conrad Orlando is part of the experience.
